Four easy steps to register your child for preschool at Epiphany

1. Choose a class that fits your child's age and your familie's schedule- See Class Options to help you decide
2. Fill our a registration form and parent permission form- See Forms and Permission Slips to print those out
3. A non-refundable registration fee is due with your registration.  See below for registration and class fees
4. Mail or drop off your registration form (on or after the dates listed below) to Epiphany Lutheran Preschool, 268 Hill Road North, Pickerington, Ohio 43147

It's that simple!  And if you have any questions Lisa is just a phone call or email away!  We can't wait to have your child in class.

Registration dates for classes beginning in the fall of 2010:

• Registration for currently enrolled students is February 2-13, 2010
• Registration for Epiphany church members is February 14-26, 2010
• Registration for families who have previously had children at our preschool is February 25th from 9AM to 3PM
• Open registration for anyone in the community begins March 4th at 7PM
