Welcome to the website of the Epiphany Lutheran Church of Pickerington, Ohio. We are glad you are visiting us virtually and hope you can visit us in person as well. The name Epiphany comes from a Greek New Testament word that means "to manifest" or "to shine forth". We at Epiphany believe God has called us to manifest the light shown to us in God's son, Jesus Christ.

"Let your light so shine before others that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 5:16

We invite you to join us in the light, through weekly worship and outreach to the world outside our walls. Gain spiritual strength with us as we travel life's road together.

A word from Pastor Tim…

Hello and welcome!

Thanks for visiting Epiphany’s digital digs! We know that it’s a very simple way to begin to get a sense of what a congregation is like, so take your time and check out all the nooks and crannies of our website.
While you can learn a good deal about programs that go on here, you can’t get a very good feel for what it’s like to be connected to this Christian community we call Epiphany Lutheran Church. Stopping in for worship, dropping by for a tour or to meet the staff, or communicating with any of us via email would be a better way to begin to know more. We’d encourage any of those things. Even though initiating some contact might be a little risky for you, we’d love it. We do our best to be an open, hospitable, loving community of faith. We’re a long way from perfect, of course, and who we are isn’t a “fit” for everyone, but if you have a yearning for God and others who share that yearning, you might well find a comfortable place among us. And who knows how you might be a blessing to any of us?!? Epiphany (it means “revealed” – our mission is to “share the light of God’s love”) has been around since the mid ‘60’s. While it still has a cadre of “charter” members, most of us have been here less than 10 years. ..............

A word from Pastor Tim continued

...........As Pickerington as grown, so has Epiphany. We have lots of good things going on with kids, both educationally and group activities. Our music program is deep and varied with excellent, committed volunteers and quite a few willing professionals. Epiphany’s preschool has been an important ministry here for more than 25 years, serving the community and providing a safe place for kids to grow in knowledge and love. Our staff is excellent and our lay leadership excited about ministry together. We are committed to be a faith community that loves both God and neighbor – the neighbor who sits next to us in worship and the “neighbors” of each of our lives both near and far. We offer ways for folks to participate in service ministries in Pickerington, Columbus and as far as Biloxi, MS.
